            [wr_content] => 주민자치회는 민주주의의 원리와 가치를 생활세계에서 실현할 수 있는 제도적 공간이며, 시민으로서 주민들이 스스로 책임지고 결정하는 민주주의 실천의 가장 중요한 단위이다. 본 연구는 주민자치회의 실제 사례를 하버마스가 제시한 논증의 구조에 따라 실제 현상들을 이해하고, 주민자치회의 성공적인 정착과 확산을 위한 작동기제가 무엇인지 분석하였다. 또한 자료와 실제적 현상을 설명해 주는 법칙 적 근거와 이를 지지하고 정당화 시켜주는 논의를 통해 주민자치회가 민주주의의 원리와 가치들을 내 포하고 있으며, 민주시민교육의 장으로서 기능할 수 있는 가능성을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 첫째, 주민 자치회는 실질적인 주민자치를 이루기 위한 시민의 역량을 함양하는 민주시민교육의 장이 될 수 있으 며, 둘째, 실질적인 주민자치회가 풀뿌리 자치를 더 심화하는데 필요한 것임을 강조하였다

본 연구는 도시재생사업 및 스마트 그린도시 조성사업 등에 충분한 활용 및 적용할 수 있는 이동식 독립형 태양광 발전기 모듈화 제품을 개발하여, PV 구조물, 일체형 ESS 등 설계 기술과 최적화 시스템 운전 등 도시재생사업 환경에 적용 가능토록 시험 및 해석을 통하여 지능형 에너지 관리시스템이 적용된 독립형 발전기 모듈 제품의 완성도를 높이기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 도시재생사업 및 정책을 펼치고자 할 때 본 개발 시스템을 통해 재생에너지와 성장이 공존하는 도시재생사업에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

민족주의에 대하여는 크게 두 가지 입장이 있다. 근대주의자는 민족과 민족주의를 18세기의 산물로 본다. 원초주의자는 민족과 인종적 민족 공동체가 역사의 자연스러운 단위이고 인간 경험의 통합적 요소라고 주장한다. 어쨌든 유럽에서는 민족주의와 민족국가는 엄연한 실체가 되었다. 반면 아프리카는 지리적 특성과 사회적 요인 등으로 인하여 서구식의 민족과 민족국가가 성립되지 못했다. 19세기 유럽식민주의가 아프리카를 침략하기 이전에, 아프리카에는 공식적이고 경계가 뚜렷하게 정해진 국가는 없었다. 그러던 중 베를린회담(1884-1885)에 참가한 14개 국가들은 아프리카에 인위적으로 국경선을 획정하였다. 아프리카 대표는 참가하지도 않은 상태에서 아프리카의 부족, 인종, 종교의 분포를 전혀 고려하지 않고 결정된 식민지 분할이었다. 아프리카는 40여개의 국가로 나눌 수 없는 너무나도 다양한 곳이었다. 오늘날까지도 아프리카를 끊임없이 괴롭히는 비극의 씨앗이 뿌려진 것이다. 베를린회담의 결과 이전까지 국경선이 없이 자유롭게 이동하던 1만 여개의 부족이, 갑자기 40여개의 국가의 국경선에 갇히게 되었다. 하나의 부족이 여러 나라의 국민으로 나뉘었고, 서로 사이가 나쁜 다수의 부족이 하나의 나라의 국민이 되었다. 나이지리아는 400-500개의 부족이 하나의 국가를 구성하게 되었다. 이후 식민지지배국가들은 아프리카의 피식민지국가들에 토착제도와는 상관없는 자신들의 제도를 이식하였다. 그리고 피식민지국가들의 저항을 약화시키고 지배를 강화하기 위하여 부족간의 갈등을 조장하는 ‘분할통치’를 실시하였다. 독립 이후에 특별한 대안은 없었고, 1963년 아프리카통일기구는 식민지 시대 국경을 공식적으로 인정하였다. 아프리카 국가들은 식민지 지배국가들이 인위적으로 설정해 놓은 국경선 안에서 새로운 국가와 정체성을 형성할 수 밖에 없었다.

본 연구는 도시재생사업 및 스마트 그린도시 조성사업 등에 충분한 활용 및 적용할 수 있는 이동식 독립형 태양광 발전기 모듈화 제품을 개발하여, PV 구조물, 일체형 ESS 등 설계 기술과 최적화 시스템 운전 등 도시재생사업 환경에 적용 가능토록 시험 및 해석을 통하여 지능형 에너지 관리시스템이 적용된 독립형 발전기 모듈 제품의 완성도를 높이기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 도시재생사업 및 정책을 펼치고자 할 때 본 개발 시스템을 통해 재생에너지와 성장이 공존하는 도시재생사업에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

민족주의에 대하여는 크게 두 가지 입장이 있다. 근대주의자는 민족과 민족주의를 18세기의 산물로 본다. 원초주의자는 민족과 인종적 민족 공동체가 역사의 자연스러운 단위이고 인간 경험의 통합적 요소라고 주장한다. 어쨌든 유럽에서는 민족주의와 민족국가는 엄연한 실체가 되었다. 반면 아프리카는 지리적 특성과 사회적 요인 등으로 인하여 서구식의 민족과 민족국가가 성립되지 못했다. 19세기 유럽식민주의가 아프리카를 침략하기 이전에, 아프리카에는 공식적이고 경계가 뚜렷하게 정해진 국가는 없었다. 그러던 중 베를린회담(1884-1885)에 참가한 14개 국가들은 아프리카에 인위적으로 국경선을 획정하였다. 아프리카 대표는 참가하지도 않은 상태에서 아프리카의 부족, 인종, 종교의 분포를 전혀 고려하지 않고 결정된 식민지 분할이었다. 아프리카는 40여개의 국가로 나눌 수 없는 너무나도 다양한 곳이었다. 오늘날까지도 아프리카를 끊임없이 괴롭히는 비극의 씨앗이 뿌려진 것이다. 베를린회담의 결과 이전까지 국경선이 없이 자유롭게 이동하던 1만 여개의 부족이, 갑자기 40여개의 국가의 국경선에 갇히게 되었다. 하나의 부족이 여러 나라의 국민으로 나뉘었고, 서로 사이가 나쁜 다수의 부족이 하나의 나라의 국민이 되었다. 나이지리아는 400-500개의 부족이 하나의 국가를 구성하게 되었다. 이후 식민지지배국가들은 아프리카의 피식민지국가들에 토착제도와는 상관없는 자신들의 제도를 이식하였다. 그리고 피식민지국가들의 저항을 약화시키고 지배를 강화하기 위하여 부족간의 갈등을 조장하는 ‘분할통치’를 실시하였다. 독립 이후에 특별한 대안은 없었고, 1963년 아프리카통일기구는 식민지 시대 국경을 공식적으로 인정하였다. 아프리카 국가들은 식민지 지배국가들이 인위적으로 설정해 놓은 국경선 안에서 새로운 국가와 정체성을 형성할 수 밖에 없었다.

            [content] => 주민자치회는 민주주의의 원리와 가치를 생활세계에서 실현할 수 있는 제도적 공간이며, 시민으로서 주민들이 스스로 책임지고 결정하는 민주주의 실천의 가장 중요한 단위이다. 본 연구는 주민자치회의 실제 사례를 하버마스가 제시한 논증의 구조에 따라 실제 현상들을 이해하고, 주민자치회의 성공적인 정착과 확산을 위한 작동기제가 무엇인지 분석하였다. 또한 자료와 실제적 현상을 설명해 주는 법칙 적 근거와 이를 지지하고 정당화 시켜주는 논의를 통해 주민자치회가 민주주의의 원리와 가치들을 내 포하고 있으며, 민주시민교육의 장으로서 기능할 수 있는 가능성을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 첫째, 주민 자치회는 실질적인 주민자치를 이루기 위한 시민의 역량을 함양하는 민주시민교육의 장이 될 수 있으 며, 둘째, 실질적인 주민자치회가 풀뿌리 자치를 더 심화하는데 필요한 것임을 강조하였다

본 연구는 도시재생사업 및 스마트 그린도시 조성사업 등에 충분한 활용 및 적용할 수 있는 이동식 독립형 태양광 발전기 모듈화 제품을 개발하여, PV 구조물, 일체형 ESS 등 설계 기술과 최적화 시스템 운전 등 도시재생사업 환경에 적용 가능토록 시험 및 해석을 통하여 지능형 에너지 관리시스템이 적용된 독립형 발전기 모듈 제품의 완성도를 높이기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 도시재생사업 및 정책을 펼치고자 할 때 본 개발 시스템을 통해 재생에너지와 성장이 공존하는 도시재생사업에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

민족주의에 대하여는 크게 두 가지 입장이 있다. 근대주의자는 민족과 민족주의를 18세기의 산물로 본다. 원초주의자는 민족과 인종적 민족 공동체가 역사의 자연스러운 단위이고 인간 경험의 통합적 요소라고 주장한다. 어쨌든 유럽에서는 민족주의와 민족국가는 엄연한 실체가 되었다. 반면 아프리카는 지리적 특성과 사회적 요인 등으로 인하여 서구식의 민족과 민족국가가 성립되지 못했다. 19세기 유럽식민주의가 아프리카를 침략하기 이전에, 아프리카에는 공식적이고 경계가 뚜렷하게 정해진 국가는 없었다. 그러던 중 베를린회담(1884-1885)에 참가한 14개 국가들은 아프리카에 인위적으로 국경선을 획정하였다. 아프리카 대표는 참가하지도 않은 상태에서 아프리카의 부족, 인종, 종교의 분포를 전혀 고려하지 않고 결정된 식민지 분할이었다. 아프리카는 40여개의 국가로 나눌 수 없는 너무나도 다양한 곳이었다. 오늘날까지도 아프리카를 끊임없이 괴롭히는 비극의 씨앗이 뿌려진 것이다. 베를린회담의 결과 이전까지 국경선이 없이 자유롭게 이동하던 1만 여개의 부족이, 갑자기 40여개의 국가의 국경선에 갇히게 되었다. 하나의 부족이 여러 나라의 국민으로 나뉘었고, 서로 사이가 나쁜 다수의 부족이 하나의 나라의 국민이 되었다. 나이지리아는 400-500개의 부족이 하나의 국가를 구성하게 되었다. 이후 식민지지배국가들은 아프리카의 피식민지국가들에 토착제도와는 상관없는 자신들의 제도를 이식하였다. 그리고 피식민지국가들의 저항을 약화시키고 지배를 강화하기 위하여 부족간의 갈등을 조장하는 ‘분할통치’를 실시하였다. 독립 이후에 특별한 대안은 없었고, 1963년 아프리카통일기구는 식민지 시대 국경을 공식적으로 인정하였다. 아프리카 국가들은 식민지 지배국가들이 인위적으로 설정해 놓은 국경선 안에서 새로운 국가와 정체성을 형성할 수 밖에 없었다.

            [content] => 주민자치회는 민주주의의 원리와 가치를 생활세계에서 실현할 수 있는 제도적 공간이며, 시민으로서 주민들이 스스로 책임지고 결정하는 민주주의 실천의 가장 중요한 단위이다. 본 연구는 주민자치회의 실제 사례를 하버마스가 제시한 논증의 구조에 따라 실제 현상들을 이해하고, 주민자치회의 성공적인 정착과 확산을 위한 작동기제가 무엇인지 분석하였다. 또한 자료와 실제적 현상을 설명해 주는 법칙 적 근거와 이를 지지하고 정당화 시켜주는 논의를 통해 주민자치회가 민주주의의 원리와 가치들을 내 포하고 있으며, 민주시민교육의 장으로서 기능할 수 있는 가능성을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 첫째, 주민 자치회는 실질적인 주민자치를 이루기 위한 시민의 역량을 함양하는 민주시민교육의 장이 될 수 있으 며, 둘째, 실질적인 주민자치회가 풀뿌리 자치를 더 심화하는데 필요한 것임을 강조하였다

본 연구는 도시재생사업 및 스마트 그린도시 조성사업 등에 충분한 활용 및 적용할 수 있는 이동식 독립형 태양광 발전기 모듈화 제품을 개발하여, PV 구조물, 일체형 ESS 등 설계 기술과 최적화 시스템 운전 등 도시재생사업 환경에 적용 가능토록 시험 및 해석을 통하여 지능형 에너지 관리시스템이 적용된 독립형 발전기 모듈 제품의 완성도를 높이기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 도시재생사업 및 정책을 펼치고자 할 때 본 개발 시스템을 통해 재생에너지와 성장이 공존하는 도시재생사업에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

민족주의에 대하여는 크게 두 가지 입장이 있다. 근대주의자는 민족과 민족주의를 18세기의 산물로 본다. 원초주의자는 민족과 인종적 민족 공동체가 역사의 자연스러운 단위이고 인간 경험의 통합적 요소라고 주장한다. 어쨌든 유럽에서는 민족주의와 민족국가는 엄연한 실체가 되었다. 반면 아프리카는 지리적 특성과 사회적 요인 등으로 인하여 서구식의 민족과 민족국가가 성립되지 못했다. 19세기 유럽식민주의가 아프리카를 침략하기 이전에, 아프리카에는 공식적이고 경계가 뚜렷하게 정해진 국가는 없었다. 그러던 중 베를린회담(1884-1885)에 참가한 14개 국가들은 아프리카에 인위적으로 국경선을 획정하였다. 아프리카 대표는 참가하지도 않은 상태에서 아프리카의 부족, 인종, 종교의 분포를 전혀 고려하지 않고 결정된 식민지 분할이었다. 아프리카는 40여개의 국가로 나눌 수 없는 너무나도 다양한 곳이었다. 오늘날까지도 아프리카를 끊임없이 괴롭히는 비극의 씨앗이 뿌려진 것이다. 베를린회담의 결과 이전까지 국경선이 없이 자유롭게 이동하던 1만 여개의 부족이, 갑자기 40여개의 국가의 국경선에 갇히게 되었다. 하나의 부족이 여러 나라의 국민으로 나뉘었고, 서로 사이가 나쁜 다수의 부족이 하나의 나라의 국민이 되었다. 나이지리아는 400-500개의 부족이 하나의 국가를 구성하게 되었다. 이후 식민지지배국가들은 아프리카의 피식민지국가들에 토착제도와는 상관없는 자신들의 제도를 이식하였다. 그리고 피식민지국가들의 저항을 약화시키고 지배를 강화하기 위하여 부족간의 갈등을 조장하는 ‘분할통치’를 실시하였다. 독립 이후에 특별한 대안은 없었고, 1963년 아프리카통일기구는 식민지 시대 국경을 공식적으로 인정하였다. 아프리카 국가들은 식민지 지배국가들이 인위적으로 설정해 놓은 국경선 안에서 새로운 국가와 정체성을 형성할 수 밖에 없었다.
