자체계획에 의하여 수행, 지역정책 수립을 위한 기초 연구과제입니다. 게시물 검색 등록일순 조회수순 제목연구진 검색 총 5건의 게시물이 있습니다. 2023 2022 2021 2020 2019 2018 2017 2016 2015 2010 2009 2008 2007 2006 2005 2004 2003 2002 2001 2000 1999 1998 1995 게시물 목록 충청북도 차세대 정보통신망 활용 전략 관련키워드 충청북도차세대정보통신망활용전략 연구진 : 김병관 발행일 : 2009. 09 조회수 : 7,650 목차 세계 주요 국가들은 유비쿼터스 사회에 대비한 범국가적 차세대정보통신망 구축 계획과 더불어 미래신성장산업을 육성하기 위한 IT 전략을 추진하고 있다. 국내에서는 광대역통합망(BcN)을 핵심인프라로 하여 다양한 유비쿼터스 서비스들이 원활하게 제공될 수 있는 기반을 구축하여 광대역융합서비스, u-Home 서비스, WiBro 등의 다양한 서비스와 신성장산업의 활성화 기반을 마련하고 있다. 광대역통합망(BcN)의 성공적인 구축을 통하여 정부 및 공공부문에서는 M-Gov, T-Gov 등 다양한 형태의 전자정부서비스의 제공과 실시간 국민참여와 국정감시를 통한 참여 민주주의 기반을 제공하고, 개인분야에서는 u-Learning, u-Healthcare, u-Work 등의 유비쿼터스 서비스 환경을 제공함으로써 국민들이 언제, 어디서나, 누구나, 편리하게, 고품격의 교육, 복지, 근로 서비스를 향유할 수 있는 환경을 제공할 것이다. 또한 기업분야에서는 건설, 금융, 의료, 유통 등 전 산업분야의 정보화를 촉진함으로써 전통산업의 경쟁력을 강화하며, 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 기업 간 전자상거래 환경을 조성하여 기업의 생산성 향상과 글로벌 비즈니스 경쟁력을 제고 할 것으로 기대된다. 차세대통신망을 효율적으로 활용하기 위해서 충청북도에서는 유비쿼터스 도시로 발전시켜 나갈 수 있는 전략으로 행정정보화, 생활정보화, 도시기반정보화, 산업정보화의 4개 분야로 구분하여 추진할 필요가 있다. 끝으로 기존의 유선망과 더불어 신기술개발이 활발하게 전개되고 있는 무선망 특히 광대역전송이 가능한 최신 무선기술인 60GHz대 밀리미터파를 활용한 점대점 통신을 활용하는 방안을 적극적으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 그리고 지역경제의 활성화와 개발능력의 제고를 위해서 전파특구 등 차세대통신망 테스트베드 구축을 통하여 신규 서비스를 개발할 수 있는 기반을 조성할 필요가 있다. 또한 중앙정부, 지자체, 사업자간의 역할분담을 통해서 차세대통신망의 수요를 촉진시킬 수 있는 계획을 수립해야 하며, 시범사업 등을 적극 유치하여 충청북도가 차세대통신망을 기반으로 새로운 성장동력을 확보할 수 있는 기틀을 마련해야 할 것이다. 다운로드 로컬푸드를 활용한 사회적 일자리 창출에 관한 연구 관련키워드 로컬푸드활용한사회적일자리창출관한연구 연구진 : 우장명,윤병선 발행일 : 2009. 12 조회수 : 8,853 목차 농업의 세계화로 산업형농업이 보편화되면서 농업과 농촌은 위기가 심화되고 있다. 이러한 현상 속에서 새로운 대안으로 제시되고 있는 것이 로컬푸드이다. 글로벌푸드가 가져온 부작용을 극복하기 위해서 지역식량체계, 공동체지원농업, 시민농업 등이 논의되고 있다. 농촌의 문제에 대한 여러 정책적 대응책들 중 지역사회 단위의 활동을 장려하고 지역의 통합을 이루어 새로운 활로를 모색하는 시도로 사회적 일자리 정책이 있다. 농촌의 삶의 질과 관련하여 교육, 보건, 복지 분야의 사회적 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 일자리와 농업외 산업으로서 지역산업을 육성시킬 수 있는 일자리 창출을 통해 그러한 지역사회 활성화를 도모하고자 하는 것이다. 이번 연구에서는 청주?청원지역의 로컬푸드운동에 참여하는 참여자들을 대상으로 한 심층면접을 토대로 사회적 일자리 확대를 위한 로컬푸드운동의 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 지역내에서 생산된 농산물이 지역에서 소비되는 선순환구조가 만들어 진다면 지역경제 활성화와 지역내 고용 확대를 가져올 수 있다. 농업은 1차산업에서 가공, 유통, 문화산업에 이르기까지 다양한 산업 영역에 파급효과가 크기 때문에 로컬푸드를 활용하면 시회적 일자리도 다양하게 창출될 수 있다. 생산·가공·유통의 규모화·단지화·브랜드화, 생산·가공·유통과정의 볼거리·먹을거리 체험사업화, 친환경 농업보육공장·가공·개발사업, 공동재배관리·공동집하·공동출하를 위한 친환경유통사업, 원예치유농원, 친환경음식업체 운영, 친환경주거사업, 유기농 농장 분양사업 등이 그 예가 될 수 있다. 로컬푸드와 연계한 사회적 일자리를 창출하려면 여러 가지 노력이 필요하지만 무엇보다 정부와 지자체가 앞장서서 관련 정책을 개발하고 추진해야 한다. 많은 나라에서 로컬푸드 정책을 실시하고 있고 다양한 사업을 발굴하여 사회적 일자리와도 연계를 꾀하고 있다. 로컬푸드를 통한 지역경제 활성화와 사회적 일자리창출의 가능성은 여러 가지 측면에서 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 지적한 바와 같이 로컬푸드의 활성화를 위해서는 조직화된 생산자와 소비자, 유통 주체가 필요하다. 충청북도와 도내 각 지자체는 식량정책협의회의 설치를 서둘러야 할 것이다. 2007년 11월 22일 통과된 농업농촌 및 식품산업기본법에서는 “국가 및 지방자치단체는 농업과 농촌의 지속가능한 발전과 공익적 기능을 증진하고, 안전한 농산물과 품질 좋은 식품을 안정적으로 공급하며, 농업인과 농촌주민의 소득안정, 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 종합적인 정책을 수립?시행하여야 한다.”고 규정하고 있는데, 이를 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 지역식량정책협의회(Local Food Policy Council)의 구성이 필요하다. 다운로드 [2022-05] ESG 경영 확산에 따른 충북의 대응방안 관련키워드 [2022-05]ESG경영확산따른충북대응방안 연구진 : 남윤명 발행일 : 2022.12. 조회수 : 942 목차 제Ⅰ장 서론 ·············································································11. 연구배경 및 목적 ···················································································12. 연구내용 및 방법 ···················································································3제Ⅱ장 ESG 경영 개요 및 트랜드 ················································41.
