경관법에 의한 경관사업과 타법에 의한 관련사업의 연계방안 (A Study on Utilization of Landscape Projects based on Landscape law and Relative Projects based on other laws) 새창
본 연구는 향후, 충청북도내 각 시군 경관계획 작성시, 경관사업의 도출을 위한 참고자료로 시작되었다. 현재, 경관법에 의한 경관사업의 경우, 경관계획이 작성된 지역에 한해서만 경관사업을 실시할 수 있으며, 경관사업을 지원하기 위한 근거는 마련되어 있으나, 지원방안이 구체적이지 못하다. 따라서 경관계획에서 제시한 경관사업이 실제로 실행되기 위해서는 많은 어려움이 따른다고 보여진다. 이같은 배경으로 본 연구에서는 경관과 관련되는 각종 지원사업, 특히, 농촌경관 중심의 사업과 산림경관 중심의 사업을 검토하여, 이같은 사업을 경관사업…
