This study is to analyze the economic characteristics of the new senior  generation and the various economic challenges they currently face or are expected to experience in the future. By examining their policy demands and reviewing relevant government and local government support programs, this study aims to propose effective economic support measures and policy tasks for the new senior population in Chungcheongbuk-do Province.

To achieve these objectives, the study conducted a theoretical review and analysis of previous research, examined demographic and statistical trends, analyzed economic characteristics and policy needs, reviewed policy cases from the central government and other local governments, and conducted expert focus group interviews to gather insights.

8. Addressing Job Mismatch and Promoting Economic Participation of Senior  Women
