  With the prolonged global pandemic and the Ukraine-Russia conflict, a new cold war system is strengthening, while the closure of borders by trading and investing partner countries post-COVID has exposed vulnerabilities in our country's supply chains. Management of carbon emissions in the global supply chain system, particularly in areas like advanced materials, semiconductors, and 5G communication devices, has emerged as a crucial issue.

  The importance of fostering an ecosystem centered around anchor companies-supplier companies, rather than just nurturing regional industries centered around anchor corporations, is increasing in corporate strategies. This study aims to analyze the supply chain structure of anchor semiconductor companies, the leading sector in local exports among strategic industries in Chungbuk. It seeks to analyze the ecosystem of supply chains centered around anchor companies within the region through a network analysis.

  Firstly, it analyzes the safety of the supply chain network formed around anchor companies within the region. Secondly, it derives the areas of materials and components within the high foreign dependency supply chain through an analysis of local and foreign supply chain dependencies. Thirdly, it formulates policy tasks to strengthen the stability of the supply chain network structure centered around anchor companies.

  Through empirical analysis, it was confirmed that there are 212 cooperative relationships within the ecosystem of material companies in Chungcheonbuk-do(Chungbuk). The examination of the detailed structure within components through community analysis revealed the formation of 13 sub-communities, primarily exhibiting a mixed structure of different industry groups rather than homogeneous ones. This confirmed the necessity and rationale for policies supporting enterprise ecosystems in supply chain-focused policies. Furthermore, analysis of the supply chain network structure between role type groups derived from the Bow-Tie model indicates strong collaboration among certain role groups. In the ecosystem of supply chains among Chungbuk's semiconductor industry, the intermediate parts group(GSCC) and general material group(GIN) secure regional industrial competitiveness through collaboration within the same group and cooperation with finished product groups(GOUT) and intermediate parts group(GSCC).

  For the future enhancement of Chungbuk's semiconductor industry's supply chain network competitiveness, it necessitates: first, support to enhance the stability of regional semiconductor industry companies' cooperative supply chain networks. Second, the demand for policies supporting supply chain cooperation group units alongside individual company support. Third, policy support considering the characteristics of the supply chain network's role and topology types.
